Great staff very friendly and helpful. However, after having my vehicle for a week two out of three of my issues were not resolved and I made it clear I was planning a 1400 mile road trip. Now I’m 1400 miles from home and my car is being serviced at another Buick dealership. I’m disappointed but I understand things happen and I always had great service from them in the past so I’m willing to give them another chance, especially since the service staff is so accommodating and helpful. The mechanics need to pay more attention to their work before releasing the cars they service. More
