Excellent team members and service. Friendly and efficient. That is all I have to say but required to have fifteen words in this section. Friendly and efficient. That is all I have to say but required to have fifteen words in this section. More
I took my enclave here for a top engine service, because my engine light came on and the code it threw had a service alert attached to it to have this done, so I figured I'd try that first. The person I tal my engine light came on and the code it threw had a service alert attached to it to have this done, so I figured I'd try that first. The person I talked to, Eziquiel, seemed nice enough. I told him I wanted the intake valves cleaned, and asked if it would be possible to look at the AC. He says "absolutely!" and asks if I want to also do the full diagnostic, because he'd hate for me to do this service and there be something wrong with it. Silly me assumed that, just like every other mechanic and dealership I have ever worked with in the past including the one I bought the car from, the diagnostic would be included with the service and that they'd actually do the service I requested and then contact me if I needed to approve anything else. Wrong. First, he kept my entire key ring, by including my house and mail keys, which would have been only a minor inconvenience except they kept my car for 36 hours before I called them to ask what was going on. He tells me they haven't even looked at it, then calls immediately back, then texts to ask me again what the issues were. So I tell him again what the issues are, and still don't hear back until the following day that my purge valve is open and needs to be replaced to the tune of $475. Now, I'm not a mechanic but I can do a few simple things myself and this is a simple thing I can do myself for $30. He also tells me the AC is a separate $165 diagnostic. I inquire about the top engine service I came in for and he says "You brought it in for a diagnostic for the check engine light and the hard start." I don't know if at this point Ezequiel just has a bad memory, is bad at taking notes, the system dumped all his notes and he had to start over and his bad memory made him forget, or if he really just saw me coming and wanted to ruin my day and waste my time, but at this point I'm over it and just tell him I'm picking up my car because i brought it in for the top engine service but if all they were gonna do was the purge valve, I'll just eat the diagnostic fee. His reply was "ok sounds good." I got my car, he won't look me in the eye, no banter. Maybe he's just having a bad day, maybe he didn't want me to see how happy he was at my expense. The general manager had the audacity to send me an email asking if I was in the market for a new car, and they would love the opportunity to earn my trust. I did tell him my experience in an email, but no response. I am in the market for two cars, but I'm pretty sure I just paid the "idiot female" in a dealership tax once and they don't have the integrity to answer me, so it won't be from here. Sorry Jeremiah, you tried, it wasn't you or Carvana, it was everyone else. More
My 1999 GMC Sierra 2500 is stuck in Security mode and needs a radiator swap. They’ve had my pickup in the shop for over a week and I’ve had to call them every day to get updates. They always have short n needs a radiator swap. They’ve had my pickup in the shop for over a week and I’ve had to call them every day to get updates. They always have short non-answers and nobody will call back when they say they will. I found out yesterday that they just finally did the diagnostic and found out what the problem is (supposedly) and the parts haven’t even been ordered yet. I sent a new radiator with the truck. So with nothing accomplished, if I go pick up my vehicle (pay for another tow truck) they want basically $200 because they hooked up their computer to it when we already knew the problem is in the pass lock 2 theft deterrent resistor (and they haven’t touched the radiator) Not happy at all! We were supposed to move out of state last Monday, but we’re waiting on this place to get their act together. I called and left a message with the service manager this morning. I still haven’t heard back, but I’ll update this if my opinion changes at all. I should have just taken the truck to ‘Dad’s Garage’. He would have been done with it days ago. That’s the last time I don’t listen to my gut. More
