I had to wait for my oil change appointment over 2 hours and had to leave. Last oil change they did not tighten the screws enough and cause oil leaks. Found this out from Ziffy Lube. Very disturbing. Even though I had just a simple oil change, it was a relief that it went smoothly because the previous Buick shop I went to, the oil change took more than four hours, the car was not washed and the serv relief that it went smoothly because the previous Buick shop I went to, the oil change took more than four hours, the car was not washed and the service people were rude. Car was there for over 2 weeks (waited for parts for over a month before that), was not repaired (was in the worse shape than when I dropped it off) and had to be transferred to another dealership to complet a month before that), was not repaired (was in the worse shape than when I dropped it off) and had to be transferred to another dealership to complete the repairs (where I had to wait another 3 weeks and pay out of pocket for rental). Impossible to get hold of anyone at the service department to get an update on whats going on. Was misinformed several times trying to get any information from Armando. At the end I was told not to bring my car back to them gain (even though they sold the car and warranty to me)... More
