Had the car towed in and dealt with them over the phone. The problem was relatively simple to fix, but it had transmission fluid all over the engine bay. what a joke, need ZERO stars. called to schedule for oil and brakes, couldn't give me a price for oil change and gave me an absurd price for the frt brakes. apt at 1130 told that called to schedule for oil and brakes, couldn't give me a price for oil change and gave me an absurd price for the frt brakes. apt at 1130 told that oil chg was now $95 which is ridiculous, (now I know why they didn't tell me on the phone) and to forget brakes as to much $$, at 2pm went to xx on status to only be ignored and find out they were just stating it at 220 pm and service guy Al was trying to feed me some xx, told him to just forget it. service writer and mgr did nothing to fix/address issue and let me leave. they don't seem to care about customers very much and only the $$$. never told me exactly how long it would be, because if he would have told me 3 hrs I would have never done it. what was the point of making an appointment if your still going to wait 3hrs and for just an oil chg? .wasted 3hrs of my time waiting for nothing. bought from auto nation in AZ in 2012 and serviced by Sahara since 2015, will never use them again for anything More
