Customer service was not good. Would not communicate when told someone would get back with us. Had to leave messages through an answering machine and by text. We expected a call to go over the issue that was diagnosed on our vehicle and to discuss how to move forward. We received a text with a screen shot of the issue and a cost. Which the cost was absolutely outrageous but it is a dealership so we understand they mark up the cost. We’ve had our vehicle serviced for an oil change in the past here and had no issues. However when bringing it in for service we were told we would have it back that night. Didn’t hear anything until late that afternoon (after leaving messages cause we had not heard back by 3pm like the told us they would call) which was by text that they need more time they just now put it back to be diagnosed and he needed more time. Which is fine. However they still did not communicate to us and we had to keep calling and finally received our car back a couple days later. We will no longer be bringing our vehicle into this location. We will also spread the word about the outrageous cost and poor customer service. Granted it may have only been our representative that we were dealing with. More

My service advisor Citlalic was awesome. She kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and called as sone as it was ready. She even sent the courtesy drive to pick me up at my work. This was my first visit to this dealership to get my vehicle repaired and everything went well. However, after only driving it one day after they said it was fixed, I had to take it back in with the en vehicle repaired and everything went well. However, after only driving it one day after they said it was fixed, I had to take it back in with the engine light back on. So I took it back in on Monday and they got back to me on Thursday that they missed some time, so I feel that I had to pay the labor fee twice. So we will see if it is fixed?? More
