I had to bring my 2021 Encore GX for the third time in year for a dead battery. Both prior visits we informed the service rep that the back windshield wiper was stuck. Both times we were told this issue year for a dead battery. Both prior visits we informed the service rep that the back windshield wiper was stuck. Both times we were told this issue was independent of the dead battery. We were also told by the service manager that batteries on new cars sold during the pandemic were not as good as batteries made prior to the pandemic. On the second visit, I was told unless we drive the car 5 miles once every three days, there is a high probability the battery would fail. Not sure how that works when use park your car at the airport for a 4+ day trip. I also shared that this information was not part of the sales managers sales process. I wonder why? It was not until we came in for the third visit and deal with the gentleman who oversees the service division that we actually found a resolution. He actually listened to the challenge and found a solution. I have had a 2015 Buick Enclave that has only had 2 batteries. This was part of my challenge understanding why a 2015 car performs better than a 2021 car. Two final points - when I was called and advised that my car was ready for pick up, I asked if it could be washed. I was told it was already done. When I picked it up, it had not been washed. Also, I have reached out twice with no response to share my experience with the dealership GM. Hence the reason I am now writing this review. More

I talked with a service manager he was nice and polite. Because I was on a trip and don’t live in your area I wanted it looked at that day. But he knew what was wrong. This was an outstanding experience today, I got my 15000 mile maintenance completed, and from the appointment set up to the process completed was awesome. Great customer service from the time I drove up to the service line and was greeted by Jeremiah, who then introduced me to Armando (whom was the person I worked with) for my vehicle maintenance repairs. I was told how long it would take and given an estimate on the cost for the general maintenance package. I elected to take the shuttle home (driver Kenny) was just a delight.
