Brought truck in for an oil change after receiving numerous service offers from AutoNation via USPS and email. After arriving for my appointment I was informed the offers did not apply to my vehicle. numerous service offers from AutoNation via USPS and email. Why would AN go to the expense of sending all these offers if none applied to the only vehicle I’ve ever purchased from them with the advances in direct marketing? More
