Service Advisor should check to make sure car was completed before turning over the car to customers. My air tires was really low & luckily I checked the air pressure before leaving. Also I told the completed before turning over the car to customers. My air tires was really low & luckily I checked the air pressure before leaving. Also I told the advisor regarding the noise coming from under my car when driving between 3 to 10 miles. It’s the same noise I brought my car in on the 1st service. But the tech could not create the noise. Advisor said I will have to leave my car for 3 days because the tech is busy. I asked for a loaner advisor said they don’t have loaners but I can pay for a rental @ $44 a day. I don’t see why I have to pay for a rental when it’s the same noise I brought my car in for service. If the tech didn’t refill my tire pressure are they really looking for the problem I’m having with this car. I’m having doubts on this service dept. I’ve heard stories about how tech just do the minimum and easy work. My car is less than a year old & I don’t think I have to pay for a rental More
