I took my 2017 Encore in for service about a year ago because the blind spot indicator on the driver side mirror falsely detects traffic on a daily basis. The error could not be duplicated, but on the w because the blind spot indicator on the driver side mirror falsely detects traffic on a daily basis. The error could not be duplicated, but on the way home from the dealership the false reading happened again. After dealing with this for over a year, I took the car back in and was told the system works correctly. In my opinion, this has become a safety issue that no one seems to be able to fix. Really disappointing. More

This was second visit to this location and will be my last. My service or more so lack of service is not one that any customer should have to do experience.To begin, I had a scheduled appointment; howeve last. My service or more so lack of service is not one that any customer should have to do experience.To begin, I had a scheduled appointment; however upon arrival I was not acknowledged while customers that arrived after me were serviced right away. While I understand that many businesses are understaffed, I think as a courtesy I could have been spoken to briefly at the very least. Then when interacting with employees, their demeanor was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I can’t believe that these employees represent your business and that anyone would return after experiencing what I went through. More

We went in to have chip’s installed on a vehicle we purchased 6 months ago. While he was writing the ticket, he started inspecting the tires, walking around the vehicle and asked us how the wipers were purchased 6 months ago. While he was writing the ticket, he started inspecting the tires, walking around the vehicle and asked us how the wipers were. This is a vehicle that has 8000 miles on it. When you go in for a “free” oil change, they always try to up sell us for $60 wipers, tires, alignment, etc. Never again will we go there for service even for recalls and warranty work. I know they feel obligated to do that but some people can’t say no, like a spouse. More
I'll give you a 4 star for the dealership, but need to do a 1 star on the service I had last Friday. I specifically asked to have an oil change and for someone to look at the trailer hitch lights that do no a 1 star on the service I had last Friday. Got there and the trailer hitch lights couldn't be looked at as it had to go/be scheduled with the mechanic. Why wasn't that in the schedule? So did not have time scheduled to leave the vehicle there so did not do that. Then they call me while I was waiting, and recommended to change the cabin and engine air filter. Asking how much they quoted $185.00 - for two filters!? declined and went to your parts window and got them for $107.00. Should have bought them at O'Reillys as they both would have cost $60.00. Did the work myself the next day, and the stop cord was not rehooked to the glove box, torx screw was missing from the filter cover, and the seat was still in the far back position. Seemed apparent that whoever checked the cabin air filter was upset that I did not have them replace it and threw it back together. The engine filter was deformed at the small angled in - again hastily thrown together when replacement was declined. Suggestion: it is normal for an oil change to have the air filter(s) recommended to be changed. Maybe tell that to the customer with a price before they leave the desk. You would not have to take the time to remove and replace the old ones if service is declined. And I would like a replacement screw for the cabin filter cover. More
