My first three or four experiences with this service department were awful. I addressed my concerns with Mark Perry, who I felt listened and heard me. My last two service appointments have been with P department were awful. I addressed my concerns with Mark Perry, who I felt listened and heard me. My last two service appointments have been with Payton as the service technician, and she has been absolutely phenomenal. She is responsive, thorough, and follows through with everything she says. She kept me informed every step of the way and would routinely update me on status of repairs. Dealing with Payton after dealing with others who were less than professional (poor follow through, poor customer service, and quite frankly, rude) has made all the difference in the world. I will say that after lengthy discussion(s) with Mark, he asked me to inform him of my next service appointment. I did so. He informed me that he was going to be out of town during my visit but that he would let the service manager know I was coming and that he (Mark) would follow up with me upon his return trip to find out how my service appointment went, but that did not happen. I did not hear from Mark. That was disappointing but I do feel like he heard my concerns when we did converse. If it weren't for Payton, I would not be brining my vehicle there for service. Payton should be recognized for going above and beyond to care for her customers - something I've not experienced prior to her arrival at this dealership. All service techs there need to take notes from her. Payton is the exception to the rule at this service department and without her, I would not be going there for service. Thank you, Payton, for restoring my faith in outstanding customer service. More
