Had an oil change appointment at 10 AM for my first service appointment since purchasing my truck from you December 2021. I opted to wait for service since I live in Grand Junction area. Truck wasn’t service appointment since purchasing my truck from you December 2021. I opted to wait for service since I live in Grand Junction area. Truck wasn’t even touched until 1:15 PM. Oil change was completed and vehicle sent over to electrical department about 1:45 PM. . Has also made appointment to have truck’s trailer light plug looked at for not working properly . Electrical service department had it for additional 2+ hrs. All the while I continued to sit and wait in your lobby. No followups provided. Asked for another update after the 2+ hrs. Told no one in electrical department had even been assigned to my vehicle yet. Told wouldn’t get to it that day. I could bring it back or take it to another dealership over in Grand Junction where I live. While I had been sitting in lobby, I had observed numerous other customers in my 6 hours receive prompt updates and come in and leave with their vehicles. This was on my brand new 2022 truck that I bought from you. Made me feel unvalued. For each update I had to stand in line at the maintenance counter and had to implore my “assigned” service rep for updates on a routine service. Only text update I received was video of my oil change performance. I left feeling unvalued More
Courteous, friendly and fast same day service on my Buick. Bad battery replaced with Lifetime Battery. Had full service done. All fluids changed, engine and cabin air filters changed, oil filter change Buick. Bad battery replaced with Lifetime Battery. Had full service done. Wheels, brakes and tires checked, rotated and aligned no charge. Windshield wipers replaced. Washed vehicle. Reasonable price. More
Had my vehicle for 2 days, couldn't diagnose the problem. Didn't appear they tried very hard to find the problem, at least they didn't charge me for anything. We have been coming to this dealership for many years. They have always been very helpful with our cars. This time, my Yukon needed an airbag replaced.. Larry, my service person, was very helpful and They have always been very helpful with our cars. This time, my Yukon needed an airbag replaced.. Larry, my service person, was very helpful and showed me to the very pleasant waiting area while they replaced it. I was prepared for a long wait, but they replaced it faster than I expected… Larry also took a nice video of my car, gave me the results of the multipoint inspection (it passed)and had my car washed. It was a much easier experience than I had anticipated. Thank you More

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit with this service department. We brought our Enclave in to investigate a seep leak in the transmission housing. The technicians were quick to locate the problem howeve department. We brought our Enclave in to investigate a seep leak in the transmission housing. The technicians were quick to locate the problem however, our service rep stated a transmission appointment was at least 2 to 3 weeks out. While the seep leak was not an immediate concern, we were directed to contact another Buick GMC dealer who could service our vehicle within a week. Being sent to a competitor - definitely putting the customer concerns first! More
