Bought my 2017 GMC Acadia from this dealership 4 years ago. Purchase was a pleasant experience. I’ve had to take the car in for 2 issues since the purchase and both service trips were handled promptly. ago. Purchase was a pleasant experience. Additionally, because I live approximately 35 miles from the dealership, I had concerns about getting back home and back to the dealership owing to the fact that the vehicle had to be kept overnight to complete the work. In the first instance, Jake in the service department, who coincidentally lives 4 miles away from my home, gave me a ride to my home and picked me up the next day on his way back to work so I could retrieve my not serviced vehicle. This most recent time my car was in the shop, a gentlemen driving Auto Nation’s Courtesy Vehicle took me 35 miles home the day I dropped my car off and came back to my home the afternoon of the next day and took me back to the dealership to pick up my serviced vehicle. THAT”S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I’ll buy my next vehicle from this same Auto Nation. More

Very fast and easy service, great service rate for an oil change. Oddly their car wash station can fit a truck (mine is not lifted) so truck wasn’t washed. Other than that, great service change. Had an appt scheduled months in advanced for oil change and tire rotation. I had a concern about another issue and the shop foreman came out to see a video of what my vehicle was doing. He heard the horrib and tire rotation. I had a concern about another issue and the shop foreman came out to see a video of what my vehicle was doing. He heard the horrible noise, which previously they could not replicate. They took the time to check it out and came back with a reasonable explanation and an issue that will need to be addressed in the future. Thanks service techs for your hard work. More

The 15k mile check up, oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. My only concern was I felt like the service writer was trying to upswell me on services that weren’t really necessary.
