This place is a total scam. After coming to an agreement on the price of a car with the manager Scott, he refused to honor the details of the deal that I had worked out with the salesman earlier in the nego on the price of a car with the manager Scott, he refused to honor the details of the deal that I had worked out with the salesman earlier in the negotiation. The mechanism that allowed the seat to lay flat in a station wagon was broken and the salesman told me that they would fix it. The manager stated that they would absolutely not fix it. The car was being sold "as is". He told me "It doesn't matter what the salesman told you." So much for the hours I spent talking over and test driving the car with the salesman. The price that I agreed I would pay was already a bit higher than I wanted to spend, and as soon as I agreed to his selling price he dictated the "as is" terms to me. His next sales tactic was to tell me that his GM felt that the car had been under priced and that they were going to raise the price by $1000 the next day so If I didn't take the car at that price, as is, it would be a thousand dollars more expensive the following day. When I called back the next day to discuss having the seat looked at to determine what additional expense might be associated with buying the car Scott told me that the car had gone up in price as he said it would. When I told him that I was going to write an unfavorable review of his dealership for having gone back on the terms of the deal we had worked out. He said "Oh, you think threatening me is going to make me want to sell you a car?" I didn't realize that I had to earn the privilege of buying a car from this dealership. Do not trust these people, and make sure that you get every detail of what you discuss in writing before you sign on the X or they will take you for a ride. Also watch out for the extremely shady high pressure sales tactics right before closing the deal. More
My wife and I purchased a new 2011 Buick Enclave from Go Park Meadows, and our saleman was Ray. We were torn between buying a new Buick Enclave or GMC Acadia, or buying a used Enclave or Acadia. He took us on test drives for each and gave us all the pro's and con's for all the models, both new and used. In the end, we ended up buying a new Enclave and couldn't be happier with our purchase. He even came in on his day off to help us. As a small business owner, I have nothing but positive things to say about the buying experience we had with Ray, and with GO Park Meadows in general. I bought a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville from this dealer and the car wound up blowing a transmission right after I bought it. It was under warranty. I like this dealer because they stood behind me and, even though the car developed a major problem, they did everything they could to fix it. I would recommend. More

We went to this dealer in response to an ad in the paper. We liked and test drove the G5. TWO SALES PEOPLE AND THE SALES MANAGER told us the car was 0% for 72 months. As we liked the car, we started the application process. At first the 2nd salesman we worked with told us the 0% was only for 60, not 72 months. Ok. We can do that. BUT THEN he has the audacity to come back (now mind you, this is about 1 1/2 hours later) that the car we had been told by 3 people that it qualified for 0% IN, FACT DID NOT. It was that we didn't qualify, it was and i'm quoting here "we didn't know it didn't qualify." Well, isn't that the sales person's job??? to know these things. Got the poorest apology EVER.
