The purchase of the new vehicle was a great process. The sales people were kn owledgable and helpful. I have two negative comments that I have to add to my experience. 1. We traded in a vehicle for credit towards the new purchase. My husband and I were extremely honest and disclosed everything about the vehicle, including that it has been in an accident. We recently noticed our old car for sale on their used car lot, and they are not disclosing the accident. They are saying that it has a clean accident rating from CARFAX, which may be the case, but we all know that the car was in an accident. They know that they will not get as good of a price on the car because it has been in an accident, so they are, in my opinion, lying about it to make money. This makes me sick to my stomach, and for this reason, I can't give Hamilton his "perfect" rating that he has been hounding me for since the moment we signed the papers. 2. Hamilton has expressed several times how important it is for him to get a perfect rating. It is borderline Obsessive / Compulsive. It has become quite obnoxious to the point that he has called me at home to ask for this perfect rating. This is obscene and borderline harrassment. So. No. Perfect. Rating. Due to lying and harrassment. I would recommend Go GMC, but certainly not Hamilton. More
Jason Montgomery gave my wife and I awesome customer service. No pressure on our purchase at all. They worked with us until we were happy with the price and our trade-in was within reason. In putting together a deal, Jason was professional in obtaining responses to my needs for removal of certain equipment from the truck being traded and having service department install the equipment on the new vehicle. Jason provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of features and technology on the new vehicle. After the sale, Jason has provided regular follow up and assisted in using technology features which I have needed assistance in installing such as syncing cell phone to use through truck system. I feel comfortable that Jason would assist me in the future should I need to assistance. More

The deal was done quickly, as I had my infant son with me and had to pick up my older children from school. Bryan was not only helpful, but courteous and very informative too. He has followed up with me numerous times AFTER the sale (who does that anymore?) to ensure my complete satisfaction. Thank you so much, Bryan! I also had my vehicle serviced at GO GMC for the first thousand miles and the service department was all about customer service as well.
