Bryan Curtis did a phenomenal job in finding a car for me (it was in Loveland, 1 hr. + away) and getting the deal done before we left on a spring break vacation. We had been looking off and on for a while, and quite last minute decided that maybe the time was right to have a new car for our trip to Arizona leaving the next Tuesday. We started seriously looking around March 20th,21st and were contacted by all of the GM Buick dealers in the area that week. We thought we wanted a white diamond tri-coat Enclave and Bryan was the one who was willing to not only put in the effort to look for one, but also took the time to find out what discounts we could possibly qualify for. Because there was not a white tri-coat available within 300+ miles that had the equipment we wanted on it, we started considering other colors by Saturday. Bryan patiently showed us what colors were available and we went home to think about it. By Monday morning we had decided on black and Bryan went to work to get us the car by that evening. WOW! Got the call that all was ready by 7:00 that night, and we went in to sign and pick up! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with our new car and can't believe what a joy it is to drive! Thank you Bryan for doing what many would have said wasn't do-able, as you really only had that afternoon to obtain the car from Loveland (no rush hour traffic involved I'm sure.....) and get all ready for us! Bryan has followed up with us to make sure all is going well, much appreciated! More

There was no "hard sell" involved and that has too often been the common practice when purchasing a new vehicle in the past/at other dealerships. Mr. Montgomery understood the vehicle. Jason was outstanding in LISTENING to my needs and anticipating what I needed to hear from him about the car. He had the car READY for me to test drive when I got there. He knew that he was competing against Lexus and Mercedes and I needed to hear the differences. I have been planning to buy the Lexus for months. He pointed me to the Touring Model Lacrosse, knowing the ride was most important to me and could strongly compete with Lexus. He pointed out the features that I was interested in, that I had not read about during my research. He was really sold on this car himself, and it showed. This car feels like it was built by APPLE it is so advanced. Jason followed through on the financing to allow me to buy the car the day I drove it instead of waiting a month. I had planned to take my time and test drive a few cars before buying. Jason didn't let that happen, but also didn't pressure. He knew the car would sell itself. He was very patient on a busy day and got the deal done. Your Finance Manager was very pro-active and positive in getting the deal done. I like that. I am VERY impressed with the LaCrosse Touring and Buick/GM overall. You are making a great comeback. I used to be a GM car, then I switched to Japanese cars (Acura, Honda, Toyota) for the last 15 years. You are now in the lead, and I like that. Quality of the car is excellent. More
The purchase of the new vehicle was a great process. The sales people were kn owledgable and helpful. I have two negative comments that I have to add to my experience. 1. We traded in a vehicle for credit towards the new purchase. My husband and I were extremely honest and disclosed everything about the vehicle, including that it has been in an accident. We recently noticed our old car for sale on their used car lot, and they are not disclosing the accident. They are saying that it has a clean accident rating from CARFAX, which may be the case, but we all know that the car was in an accident. They know that they will not get as good of a price on the car because it has been in an accident, so they are, in my opinion, lying about it to make money. This makes me sick to my stomach, and for this reason, I can't give Hamilton his "perfect" rating that he has been hounding me for since the moment we signed the papers. 2. Hamilton has expressed several times how important it is for him to get a perfect rating. It is borderline Obsessive / Compulsive. It has become quite obnoxious to the point that he has called me at home to ask for this perfect rating. This is obscene and borderline harrassment. So. No. Perfect. Rating. Due to lying and harrassment. I would recommend Go GMC, but certainly not Hamilton. More
