When I did finally make my purchasing decision the whole staff went out of their way to make sure I understood every aspect of the deal and gave me a full tutorial on the technology features of my new buick. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely be a return customer when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle. More

Our salesman was Bryan Curtis and we were surprised when we arrived that we were not swamped by salesman like most dealerships. We found our salesman Bryan and he asked us our needs in our next vehicle. After learning our expectations and limitations he showed us several vehicles suiting our needs. We ended up with a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL which we are very pleased to own. The staff involved were very accomodating considering we have two very young children and they made the process comfortable. They made sure the kids had snacks and something to drink as it was a long day for them. Thank you to GO GMC Buick in Park Meadows and thanks to Bryan Curtis for answering several call back supplemental questions in the following days that I had. We also dealt with Mike Clark and the service manager in the service department and they were both friendly and wonderful and took care of us to the fullest. We looked at several different dealerships before arriving at Go GMC. Kevin and his Boss Glenn were great! They worked with us to get us were we wanted to be price wise on the car that we wanted. We purchased a 2010 GMC Savanna conversion van with 8700 miles, and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I have owned many conversion vans and we are well acquainted with the pricing. All of the people involved in our transaction were great and friendly to work with. We had a miscommunication about a theft option, but Mark Perry, the manager went above and beyond to fix for us. Mark also helped us get a deposit back from another GO dealer. We really appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. Finally, we took the van in for a courtesy inspection, and the service department was also friendly and very helpful. We even received 2 years of free oil changes resulting from a special promotion! Overall we could not be happier, and we highly recommend this dealer. More

It is rare for me to come away from a dealer feeling like I genuinely enjoyed my shopping experience. At GO Buick GMC in Park Meadows, the respect, attention to detail, helpfulness, and friendliness of the I genuinely enjoyed my shopping experience. At GO Buick GMC in Park Meadows, the respect, attention to detail, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff was more akin to what you would have expected of customer service 20 years ago, rather than what we are accustomed to anymore. There was no pressure from the sales person. No suggestion to look at a higher priced vehicle and a willingness to allow me the time needed to make a decision about purchasing the car. When it came time to go through paperwork, everything was explained, leaving no ambiguity or worry over what I was signing and my sales person stayed with me despite having other buyers coming in with obviously more money to spend. Finance was trouble-free and quick. I would recommend them for anyone who values this kind of purchasing experience. They deserve more than a great rating. Thank you! More
I went into a dealership to buy a vehicle on March 10, 2012 and bought a $58,000 vehicle. During the 5+ hours of negotiations we agreed to a payment we could afford which was $888.62. We did not have any money to put down on a vehicle so we 100% financed the vehicle. Go GMC had us sign a contract stating that our tax rate is 4% but in fact we find out 3 months later that our tax rate is really 6.75%. I live in Castle Pines, Colorado. I called our City Office and found out that our tax rate here has been 6.75% since February 2008. I do not understand why Go GMC did not know about this increase, it has been 5 years and I am sure they have sold a car to someone in Castle Pines within the last 5 years. Go GMC then comes back to us and demands we owe them $1512.97 in which we do not have the money to pay. I have had many phone calls as well as going into the dealership and meeting personally with the GM (Mark Perry) to explain this to him. The best that he can do for us is to increase our payments for the next 6 months to $1140.83. If not paid within the 6 month period they will have no choice but to add attorney fees. More
