The service department appeared to be efficient and clean. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. The waiting area was clean; however, the dealer could provide complimentary coffee or wat clean. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. Also, service department could offer a comp car wash or at least clean the windows and vacuum the interior. After all most customers spend upwards of $100 while there. Moses called four days prior to our online appt and had us bring our 2016 GMC Terrain in for service.. Then,he really impressed me by staying late to wait for us to get our vehicle back even though the dea us bring our 2016 GMC Terrain in for service.. Honesty is very important and they told me my car's battery did NOT need replacement. In addition two tires had imbedded obstacles, but they did not penetrate into the tire air chambers. I would not have known the difference if I had been charged for two tire plugs and a new battery! This is definitely the way to treat customers, especially returning customers. This AutoNation site is where I purchased my new 2014 Buick Regal, and where I have had all its maintenance done. I'm a very happy camper!!! More
