Moses called four days prior to our online appt and had us bring our 2016 GMC Terrain in for service.. Then,he really impressed me by staying late to wait for us to get our vehicle back even though the dea us bring our 2016 GMC Terrain in for service.. Then,he really impressed me by staying late to wait for us to get our vehicle back even though the dealership had closed. We got stuck in traffic and couldn't get there on time and called ahead. We appreciate everything he did to make our experience worth the trip to Automation for service. More
I am delighted with the service I received 17 May 2022. Everyone is friendly and took time to answer all my questions about my car's service. Honesty is very important and they told me my car's battery d Everyone is friendly and took time to answer all my questions about my car's service. Honesty is very important and they told me my car's battery did NOT need replacement. In addition two tires had imbedded obstacles, but they did not penetrate into the tire air chambers. I would not have known the difference if I had been charged for two tire plugs and a new battery! This is definitely the way to treat customers, especially returning customers. This AutoNation site is where I purchased my new 2014 Buick Regal, and where I have had all its maintenance done. I'm a very happy camper!!! More
