The service department appeared to be efficient and clean. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. The waiting area was clean; however, the dealer could provide complimentary coffee or wat clean. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. Also, service department could offer a comp car wash or at least clean the windows and vacuum the interior. After all most customers spend upwards of $100 while there.
