Horrible dealership. From the purchasing experience to the service center, this is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. The buying process took over seven hours From the purchasing experience to the service center, this is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. The buying process took over seven hours until they basically wore me down. As for follow up service, it is virtually non-existent. I've been waiting weeks to get my transmission replaced and they won't return any phone calls. Finally had to take my vehicle to another dealership. More

I would recommend AutoNatiion GMC Laurel for their Service and Personnel. Their repairs are very good. The Waiting Area is always clean and the seating is never grouped too close.
