I would recommend AutoNatiion GMC Laurel for their Service and Personnel. Their repairs are very good. The Waiting Area is always clean and the seating is never grouped too close. The service department appeared to be efficient and clean. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. The waiting area was clean; however, the dealer could provide complimentary coffee or wat clean. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. The waiting area was clean; however, the dealer could provide complimentary coffee or water and perhaps local TV stations. Also, service department could offer a comp car wash or at least clean the windows and vacuum the interior. After all most customers spend upwards of $100 while there. This might put a smile on the customers face. More
