We brought our car in to have the water pump replaced. What should be a 3 to 4 hour job turned into a 7 day project. The assistant manager Andy said our extended warranty would cover 10 days for a rental. What should be a 3 to 4 hour job turned into a 7 day project. I couldn’t believe how bad the service was here. My car was there for a month. For a warranty check and to check the ac. They lost my key to my car, then didn’t even tell me until I called to check My car was there for a month. For a warranty check and to check the ac. The worst I have ever had from any dealership in my life. I had to get the store GM involved to help move things along. I will not be going back to this place. I am thankful that the GM was great! Who knows how long my car would have been there if I didn’t get him involved. More
