Service department is so horrible I don't know how to express my disappointment with it. How in the world do you have a customer make an appointment to drop their vehicle off to be serviced and when you express my disappointment with it. How in the world do you have a customer make an appointment to drop their vehicle off to be serviced and when you get there they inform you that it will be 3-5 days before it will even be looked at! Ohhh wait! They call after 2 days to ask if it can be sent across town because they have more mechanics and I say yes because I need my car to get a claim so I can get a rental car without me paying for it. Well that NEVER happened! It took almost 2 weeks for the vehicle to go across town. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AUTONATION to anyone! Not even my worse enemy. Long story short. I bought a vehicle, right away I noticed a problem. Reached out to dealer and never got a response. Tried calling several times, no response. Finally 30 days after purchase she answered my call. Told me I needed to bring it in to be serviced. That's when all xxxx broke loose! Let me say that I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY VEHICLE BACK YET AND ITS OVER 5 WEEKS! The communication is horrible and the best part is that I am making payments on a vehicle that I don't even have! I feel like I have been scammed. The joke will be on them though I have contacted several news channels and they can't wait to be on my side and get information to consumers to BEWARE OF ANY AUTONATION More

Worst service ever! !! I left and will never be back!! Made an appointment for oil change and brakes. Got there 10 minutes early. No cars in service input area. I wa !! I left and will never be back!! Made an appointment for oil change and brakes. Got there 10 minutes early. No cars in service input area. I was going to wait. Service advisor said not busy so it should not be a problem. My daughter met me there and we walked the lot before going to lunch. Before leaving (20 minutes later) my vehicle was still in the input area. After lunch I called the dealership and SA said they were working on the vehicle. When I got back to dealership SA was busy but another SA checked and the vehicle was up on the lift getting oil changed, but had not been evaluated for brakes. Several minutes later I peeked into service area and vehicle was down so I asked the 2nd SA for an update. She went in to check and they raised the vehicle and she said they were going to start to work on it.. Over 90 minutes and they did NOTHING except lie to me. I told them to bring it down. Had a meeting with Service Manager and GM so they would understand why I would never be back to this dealership again for any reason! Wasted the whole day. I should bill them for time and mileage. Took it to another dealership and had oil change, filter, tire rotation, cabin filter, front and rear brakes, and a new battery. $1300 in lost service revenue!! Stay away! More

I made an appointment for today at 9am. Upon arriving, the service advisor told me that they could not even check my car for 5 days. Stated the reason was lack of staffing. None of this was told to me when I made the appointment. I had issues with them before, but nothing like this. Absolutely absurd. More
