Worst service ever! !! I left and will never be back!! Made an appointment for oil change and brakes. Got there 10 minutes early. No cars in service input area. I wa !! Service advisor said not busy so it should not be a problem. My daughter met me there and we walked the lot before going to lunch. Before leaving (20 minutes later) my vehicle was still in the input area. After lunch I called the dealership and SA said they were working on the vehicle. When I got back to dealership SA was busy but another SA checked and the vehicle was up on the lift getting oil changed, but had not been evaluated for brakes. Several minutes later I peeked into service area and vehicle was down so I asked the 2nd SA for an update. She went in to check and they raised the vehicle and she said they were going to start to work on it.. Over 90 minutes and they did NOTHING except lie to me. I told them to bring it down. Had a meeting with Service Manager and GM so they would understand why I would never be back to this dealership again for any reason! Wasted the whole day. I should bill them for time and mileage. Took it to another dealership and had oil change, filter, tire rotation, cabin filter, front and rear brakes, and a new battery. $1300 in lost service revenue!! Stay away! More
I made an appointment for today at 9am. Upon arriving, the service advisor told me that they could not even check my car for 5 days. Stated the reason was lack of staffing. Brought 2020 Chevy truck (37k miles) for oil change. The next morning I checked oil quantity and oil appeared dirty (not normal golden color following oil change). I brought truck back to dealer (who were accommodating) to have mechanics assess the situation. Although the oil looked like coffee, mechanic stated was normal. He refilled with fresh oil and all appeared normal (I.e. golden color). I did not appreciate the dealer mechanics attempting to deceive me by not doing the job correctly the first time. The dealer made it right, but I had to go the extra effort to ensure mechanics were doing their job. I expect technical competence. That is why I go to the dealer for oil changes versus a quick lube business. I will not be using this dealer for vehicle maintenance in the future because as they have destroyed my trust. More
