I took my car in for an oil change as well as a problem recently encountered with the radio. The oil change was completed very quickly and to my satisfaction. She stated that it was more than likely an electrical issue in the door. I'll take it back should it happen again. More
Over 2 months in the service department and could not fix the problem. I spent over $10K on their recommendations that did nothing. Always have had good experience until something went wrong with the car and it’s time for warranty to kick in. My car has been sitting at the shop for almost a month, with no end in sight waiting for a wrong with the car and it’s time for warranty to kick in. My car has been sitting at the shop for almost a month, with no end in sight waiting for a part no one wants to pay for to expedite. “Platinum” warranty and I’m out hundreds of dollars in rental car fees when rental coverage ended for a part that is back ordered. Car has less than 28,000 miles on it. More
