What a pleasant experience. I moved here in April and have received mail from AutoNation with coupons, so when I needed and oil change I called them. I then received an email I moved here in April and have received mail from AutoNation with coupons, so when I needed and oil change I called them. I then received an email confirming my appointment and was told Denise was my contact person. Denise was friendly, professional and very efficient. The Buick GMC in Henderson is impressive. Denise met with me and explained which coupon was the best for me to use. She then walked me to a large waiting area complete with refreshments and TV. (And...the cleanest bathrooms I have seen.) The service department texted me a photo of the underneath of my car to assure me everything was clean, with no leaks. After they changed the oil and lubed my car they made a record of condition which would have alerted me if anything else was required. Then they washed and hand wiped my car. When they were finished, Denise texted me and said I could return to her office to pick up my keys. She explained the paper work and was also my cashier. I did not have to go wait in line somewhere else. How easy . Being new to the area, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the consideration of AutoNation reaching out to me to advise me of their service. I feel now I have someone I can trust to service my car. A great experience. More

Went in without an appointment for a dead battery on my 2011 Canyon. My service advisor informed me the battery was still under warranty and proceeded to get it replaced. While there, I asked him to change 2011 Canyon. My service advisor informed me the battery was still under warranty and proceeded to get it replaced. While there, I asked him to change the oil and he suggested a coolant change and a wheel alignment. In a couple of hours waiting, I was back on the road. Great job guys! More
I have always had great service at the dealer. However, I was disappointed that at my last appointment I was surprisingly urged to get an unnecessary and expensive type of service.
