Had an appointment for routine service and needed to order a part. Worked with Denise who went over the process and provided an ETA which was accurate. I was scheduled for an oil change. Had an 8 AM appointment. Right on time. I also brought along a letter that I had received a few months ago from GM, about a recall for a problem wi Had an 8 AM appointment. Right on time. I also brought along a letter that I had received a few months ago from GM, about a recall for a problem with headlights on the Terrain. The tech said that he had not seen or heard anything about it. I waited over three hours for a simple oil change. No one ever came back to the waiting area to give me any update as to why it was taking so long. I finally went to and asked, and was told that no one had ever heard about this recall, and that the tech working on my car had been working with some GM person to see if there was a solution to the recall. Apparently there is not one yet. The letter was kept by the advisor and attached to my report, I was not given it back in any form. I was also informed about some other items that would need attention in the future, such as the 100,000 mile maitenance. I said that I would schedule that later. I was also told that my tires were worn and should be replaced. Funny, because the week before I had my tires rotated at the facility I purchased them, and was informed that they were looking good and did not need to be replaced yet. More
