You hear so many negative reviews of dealer services but I have several cars that I rely on this dealer to take care of and have never had a bad experience. Nobody told me I couldn’t get a smog right after. So when I did, it failed and I wasted my time & money. The gentleman at the smog place told me to drive 50-75 miles for codes to fall off. I had no idea. Went again after driving for a few days and it failed again. I called to ask my service guy at GMC if what the smog check place informed me of was true, or if i needed any additional services done, but he never once called me back. This dealership makes me never want to buy a GMC again. I feel as if I can get better quality service somewhere else in town. More

Absolutely terrible service experience with this dealership! Left car 4 times to have a chip installed - first time they didn't have the chip, second time it was the wrong chip, third time they sai dealership! Left car 4 times to have a chip installed - first time they didn't have the chip, second time it was the wrong chip, third time they said it was done but it didn't work....4th time they told me it was done but I checked before leaving the dealership and it still wasn't working...I was told it was a 'miscommunication". On the 4th trip I also asked for an oil change and tire rotation - oil change done but not tire rotation....again was told it was a 'miscommunication' - this service department evidently has communication issues!! Also, I thought this was funny - when I called to complaint the woman that answered the service line couldn't even pronounce Enclave correctly!! More
