AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson - Service Center

TERRIBLE customer and automotive service! I was charged $900 to replace the front brake pads and rotors on my 2017 Buick Enclave at Buick Autonation Henderson. When I picked up my vehicle the I was charged $900 to replace the front brake pads and rotors on my 2017 Buick Enclave at Buick Autonation Henderson. When I picked up my vehicle the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. They took the vehicle back into the service department and it came back out with the same problem. Service manager James test drove the vehicle and then told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I asked why did the brake pedal go all the way down to the floor. He stated that when you have the brake pads changed sometimes the pedal feels different. Rather than finding out what problem was causing the brake pedal to be so low, he just walked away. Stay away from Buick Autonation Henderson because they provide the worst customer and automotive service for the highest prices! I wish I could give them zero stars! More

I had an appointment and was seen right away by the Juanita. I waited for my car which was getting service for brakes new windshield wipers and the air conditioner. fluids were checked.
