Angel was the worst service attendant I ever experienced. Not once did I get a call on the status of my vehicle and when I would call to find anything out, he never had a clue on what was going on. Not only Not once did I get a call on the status of my vehicle and when I would call to find anything out, he never had a clue on what was going on. Not only that but it was like i was bothering him. Absolutely worst customer service and no people skills. I had to find out from 2 other service attendants the status of my truck and it only took them 5 min of their time. So if you go to the GMC side make sure you get Jason, he was a great help and knows how to treat people like people. Angel made the 3 and half months my truck was there an absolute nightmare. Other than that my truck runs great had a little mishap at the end with some damage to the paint but they are taking care of it. More

Angel was up front the start advising us that they were short handed and they he could not guarantee how long he would need to keep vehicle. We much appreciated knowing this up front vice after leaving ve short handed and they he could not guarantee how long he would need to keep vehicle. All the personnel were very nice and the electrical or computer problems were NOT the fault of Jason Wilson, who was the person I dealt with the most. It seemed like the diagnostic machine was sending computer problems were NOT the fault of Jason Wilson, who was the person I dealt with the most. It seemed like the diagnostic machine was sending incorrect information causing a great delay in getting mycar back as soon as I thought. The did the same thing it back on 23 July 2022 and the dealership in Robstown was not able to duplicate the problem I had expressed. Car only went 2 miles then 3 miles per hour, the finally got up to 17 miles per hour, coming home from doctors office, More
The term “service department” is a practical joke right? I mean there cannot be an actual sentient, intelligent being in the known universe that thinks this is actually a service department right? One could I mean there cannot be an actual sentient, intelligent being in the known universe that thinks this is actually a service department right? One could only assume between the continual quote changes among different service advisors (a quote of one amount when finished to that amount changing at time of pickup), to over a month to complete basic repairs, in and out of the shop 3x for lack of parts, wrong parts, technicians locking keys in the toolbox and leaving, technicians being sick and not completing when scheduled, calling the customer to spec out parts when you have the VIN number… to the fact that even as you sent this review request you are incorrectly referencing the make and model of the vehicle. There’s a hidden camera somewhere right? I’m on candid camera right? Surely no nationwide dealership would find this acceptable. Should I also anticipate another auto generated email asking to purchase my vehicle with again the wrong make and model on the thread? Should I respond to this next one another 2x and get no response from the sender? Good lord - DO BETTER. More
