Extremely disappointed. Took my vehicle in for oil change requested that if my vehicle needed an alignment to go ahead and complete it. Note on the work order stated to charge me for an alignment. I stated to the service rep so it needed one. He said yes and I asked for the printout. He stated that that's what he was looking for to verify. There was not one so he went to ask the technician if an alignment was done and the technician stated no. So I was fixing to be charged $108 dollars for a service that was not done had I not inquired about it. That's stealing in my book. More
I would like to start by saying that Russell Mcilwain , my service advisor did a great job scheduling my appointment for a day that would work best for all of us. Then, as everything went in motion, Adrian my service advisor did a great job scheduling my appointment for a day that would work best for all of us. Then, as everything went in motion, Adrian did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. Russell kept me informed by text and phone to make sure I was up to date on the progress of getting the approval from the warranty company, then the actual repair itself. I was very satisfied with the time it took from beginning to end. A big thank you to Mr. Randy Roberts and his team, they never disappoint. More
Last week I just had my car serviced as part of service warranty when I bought the car. They are prompt and professional for the most part each time I came and brought my car there. But this time there wa warranty when I bought the car. They are prompt and professional for the most part each time I came and brought my car there. But this time there was a bit of mis communication. I didn't get my car after 3 days because it happened on a weekend. I brought my car on a Thursday and didn't get it back until Monday after I called them what's going on. But it was fine they got it all squared away. I'd still rate them as excellent and I would not go anywhere to purchase my car in the future. More

I bought a pre owned 2006 Silverado in December of 2006. I had that truck for 13 years and mostly had it serviced at Chevrolet dealerships. I have always had great service and the service advisors always treated me with respect and did all they could to give me a fair price for any repairs. I traded it in for a new 19 Ford. The truck was OK but I noticed that the customer service was definitely not like Chevrolet’s. AutoNation Ford in Corpus Christi needs to take a lot of customer service training from Bert Ogden Chevrolet in Mission, Tx. I just traded in my F150 for a pre owned 2022 GMC Sierra not purchased at a GM dealer. When I took my Sierra in for regular maintenance service, Angel at Corpus Christi AutoNation GMC reminded me of the great customer service that I knew of when I was in Mission. I never felt uncomfortable through the whole process of getting my truck taken care of. Without asking, Angel set my truck up with a couple of recalls, Which got taken care of the following week. I would like to thank my other advisor, Luis, on the Chevrolet side. He help me with the recall service. He was very professional, friendly, and kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs.
