Had a 9am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to pull a nail out of a tire. Showed up at 845am. At 945 went inside to see how it was going and they said that they were having issues with th and to pull a nail out of a tire. Showed up at 845am. Finally completed the work at 1100am and said the nail is pulled and everything is good to go. Went home and realized they never pulled the nail, it is still in the tire just on the front left now due to the tire rotation. More
