Very dissatisfied with service advisor Had to leave messages and was not returned Kept telling me he would keep me informed on the progress on the service of my vehicle -- hardly ever did. I completely understood that their were issues with working with the insurance company and adjuster but the service advisor was the person I had the most problems with. Not returning calls or keeping me informed. If I decided to take my vehicle back to this service shop I will refuse to have Russell Mcilwain as my service advisor. Up until this time I always had very good service. More
