I purchased a new Sierra 2500 SLT on Monday, with a slight paint issue. Have been trying to get it taken care of for the last 2 days and people there have been giving me the run around and not being h slight paint issue. I bought the $70K+ vehicle cash and now I can't even get a call back from a manager or the director they have there. I have gone by several times only to be told to come back after lunch, and even then I have been told they will call me. I have not heard from anyone and have left voice mail messages. This is terrible service and if this is what it's become I may have to start buying my vehicles elsewhere. Very dissatisfied with the people there. I can't believe service says they can't help without a manager talking to me, then I'm told the director will call. That's ridiculous. More

One of the worst service department experiences. Set up an appointment on line to have an issue checked out. When I arrive a lady there told me it was 7-10 days before my truck would be seen and the Set up an appointment on line to have an issue checked out. When I arrive a lady there told me it was 7-10 days before my truck would be seen and then quickly advised in a rude manner that they don’t do rentals loaners. So tried to set up a later app and was told the exact same thing again and since it was a diesel they don’t have much help there so get it done when they could get to it. Do not write bad reviews unless it is over the top and needed. Took it to another dealer and done in 1 day. More
