took my car in at 11:00, went to pick it up at 2:30, was told to wait one hour more because it wasn't ready. Okay I waited in the lobby for another hour +, okay car ready, the agent goes into a rant about n told to wait one hour more because it wasn't ready. Okay I waited in the lobby for another hour +, okay car ready, the agent goes into a rant about never bringing in a vehicle before lunch break, because everyone goes to lunch and no one is working, then someone who brings a vehicle in after you gets first attention and you go to the back of the line, so you have to wait, do not make a appointment before lunch!!!!!!!
