Been there 5 times and still can’t find what is wrong with my tailgate but I do have good service from Jason. My tailgate is currently not working and hasn’t for 3 months and still don’t know when it wil with my tailgate but I do have good service from Jason. Hands Down best car buying experience! We had never stepped foot in an autonation dealership. When I called and asked for sales I was transferred to Jacob Ponce and he was so polite and professional he stepped foot in an autonation dealership. When I called and asked for sales I was transferred to Jacob Ponce and he was so polite and professional he did not try to force us to come into the dealership. So We decided to take a 2.5 hr drive to visit this dealership just because we really liked Jacobs sales ethic via the phone call. When we arrived right from the get go we were not disappointed! Jacob Ponce and his manager Marcos were very professional, polite and extremely helpful. We told them exactly what we wanted and they delivered! Jacob was patient and communicated with us the entire process. He went above his ability to make sure we were happy and satisfied with what we were purchasing.
