Anna worked with me to get my truck scheduled quickly and the repairs made quickly and when I detected that the truck was not running smooth after having all new spark plugs put in she got it back in the bay the repairs made quickly and when I detected that the truck was not running smooth after having all new spark plugs put in she got it back in the bay first thing the next morning and the technicians identified and replaced a cracked spark plug. Had a 9am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to pull a nail out of a tire. Showed up at 845am. At 945 went inside to see how it was going and they said that they were having issues with th and to pull a nail out of a tire. Showed up at 845am. At 945 went inside to see how it was going and they said that they were having issues with the tire machine and that pulling the nail was holding it up. Finally completed the work at 1100am and said the nail is pulled and everything is good to go. Went home and realized they never pulled the nail, it is still in the tire just on the front left now due to the tire rotation. More
