Dealer made an appointment for 9 am. At 11:30 am, I went to front desk to ask why we were waiting so long. Very dissatisfied with service advisor Had to leave messages and was not returned Kept telling me he would keep me informed on the progress on the service of my vehicle -- hardly ever did. At one point he told me he would be sending me pictures on the progress of the work. I received one photo -- my vehicle being pulled into the service bay. I completely understood that their were issues with working with the insurance company and adjuster but the service advisor was the person I had the most problems with. Not returning calls or keeping me informed. If I decided to take my vehicle back to this service shop I will refuse to have Russell Mcilwain as my service advisor. Up until this time I always had very good service. More
