Just purchased my new GMC Terrain from AutoNation Buick GMC and had a fantastic buying experience from the salesperson to the finance manager. My salesperson Mauro Lopez I will highly recommend to all my GMC and had a fantastic buying experience from the salesperson to the finance manager. My salesperson Mauro Lopez I will highly recommend to all my family and friends. Mike Moscorro the guy that did all my finance paperwork was informative and guided me through the entire process, made it easy ! More

My experience was great the day of the purchase. MY truck has less then 2500 miles one would think the dealership would work with you but they don't. First and last time i will deal with this dealership, i will go back to Aransas Auto Plex where the dealership and service is great. More
In the past our experience with AutoNation has not been the best unfortunately. However this particular trip of nearly 3 weeks produced results that Have been most satisfactory. We started at Goodyear wit the best unfortunately. However this particular trip of nearly 3 weeks produced results that Have been most satisfactory. We started at Goodyear with front end struts replacement to elimate a noise in the front end and the car ended up at AutoNation because of Goodyear not being able to find the problem after new struts were installed. Jared, the mechanic was assigned to our car and was utmost professional and knowledgeable about the problem and sought to repair it completely. We are most happy with the end result and would recommend highly this particular mechanic at AutoNation. More
One department doesn’t necessarily reflect the reputation of an entity as a whole but this dealership, most specifically the service department, made me regret ever taking my vehicle in at all for reputation of an entity as a whole but this dealership, most specifically the service department, made me regret ever taking my vehicle in at all for what was a much needed inspection. In short, my wife and I were never called with an update or status throughout the process nor were we informed of the initial diagnosis! I called 3 days in row with no answer and was informed my vehicle would be ready that same day, just to pick it up a week later. I communicated with the advisor, manager and eventually the department director and the night my wife and I went to pick up the vehicle the director failed to inform someone that I’d be picking up! At this point the entire department has gone home and I’m having to wait an additional hour and half to take what’s mine, after I was told that same morning that it’d be good to go upon arrival! I fully understand the nationwide shortages and the effects of Covid but at some point people no longer need excuses, they need results! By the way Covid and shortages have no direct effect on you picking up a phone or sending an email to communicate with a customer, your efforts, attitude & character, or lack thereof, most definitely do! Maybe you should quit pitching a measly $100 fuel card incentive and perhaps reimburse everyone’s fuel that makes more than 1 trip to your no-result office?! Just a thought... diesel and gas run high but this all can be avoided if you communicate and do your job! More
