Benjamin was amazing. I had my 1st service appointment at Acura of Steven’s Creek since the one at Serramonte just closed down. Benjamin knew I drove all the way from San Francisco and knew that it would be Acura of Steven’s Creek since the one at Serramonte just closed down. Benjamin knew I drove all the way from San Francisco and knew that it would be raining later on in the day. He got me in and out of there within an hour just so I wouldn’t be driving in the rain. Being in and out within an hour is unheard of based on previous experiences at other service dealerships. He also did not try to upsell me any service that I did not need which I totally appreciate. He also made sure my car got washed before it started raining because apparently they close down the washers when it rains. Will definitely be back for my next service appointment. Thanks Benjamin for treating me like a family member instead of a customer. More
