My positive experience was directly tied to the customer service I rec'd. The associate (Dan) w/ whom I worked was sensitive to my needs and not pushy. He made every effort to answer my questions in a res service I rec'd. The associate (Dan) w/ whom I worked was sensitive to my needs and not pushy. He made every effort to answer my questions in a respectful, professional manner. The gentleman in the finance dept followed in Dan's footsteps in that the paperwork process was efficient and he did not try to sell me all kinds of add-on products/services.
