I was able schedule routine maintenance with ease. I got to the Acura service department and was greeted, checked in and was provided a loaner car. Everything went as planned. I needed a new battery and the people at Acura Spokane Valley were very pleasant and got me quickly taken care of and on my way! Some people told me to get a battery at Costco, which cost 89.99; however, Valley were very pleasant and got me quickly taken care of and on my way! Some people told me to get a battery at Costco, which cost 89.99; however, I did my due diligence and found out the Costco battery was only good for three years. The battery I was offered at Acura of Spokane has a lifetime guarantee and cost me $189, which included a $10 coupon. Do the math...much wiser to buy at Acura! PLUS Acura installed the battery and washed my car! Can't beat that!! More

The sole reason I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura was because of Damien Horand. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a car, however, Damien's approach to me was nonthreatening, without any pr was because of Damien Horand. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a car, however, Damien's approach to me was nonthreatening, without any pressure, and incredibly respectful and smooth. I agreed to drive a 2009 Acura RL. Even though I still had no intentions of purchasing a car for myself, after driving the Acura RL, I knew my sister needed a newer car and this car had everything on it she needed. Damien's style in professional dress, attention to service, answering all my questions and impeccable manners, made it so easy to purchase the car for my sister. Needless to say, she is the envy of everyone! More
