Numerous serious problems with their service dept over the years. A replaced engine block now has 67,000 miles and failed, again, on our MDX. He noted, we can't get our hands on a new, or used engine. Great. Very disappointing. More

Have always chosen the dealership for service needs and had great experiences. Over the years Kyle, Seth, and then Wes were awesome to work with. service was complete and satisfactory, however the labor charges were excessive. For the time spent getting service work done the labor rate calculated out to more than $250 per hour.
