I've always had a great experience with the service here but since the one service manager left, the place has changed. The service provider that helped me this time had a bad attitude, did not apply the c but since the one service manager left, the place has changed. The service provider that helped me this time had a bad attitude, did not apply the credit so when I asked about it, he handed me a $10 bill and said, this is more than you would've got and acted mad that I asked about it. They have ALWAYS washed and vacuumed my car and i always came on a Saturday, this time it was not done and the service guy said nothing about it not able to be done until I asked after the car was done getting the service. Then he tells me they don't have a car wash person on Saturday. I felt his whole attitude was impersonal and as if he really didn't want to be there. More

We called this dealership for some noise issue on our MDX. They got us right in and found the problem our local Honda dealership didn’t even look for in less than 10 minutes. They have ordered a part that will be Installed as soon as it comes in. Driving to Spokane is a 2 hour drive each way but we will take my car there for everything. The staff, sales associates and shop were all very friendly, they provided a very nice waiting area and Wi-Fi. More
