Great service and great customer support, the tech that took care of me was Kelly Gilbertson. He kept me in the loop and explained everything clearly to me, responses were done in a timely manner and alway took care of me was Kelly Gilbertson. My service manager (Steve) is ALWAYS excellent and caring. He seems to be "running" all the time because I'm sure the majority of the public ask for him. Please let him know he is appreciated! The bad thing is the lack of information and communication when making the appointment over the phone. No one told me the service dept. was at another location, and no one warned that the service wait is at least double the time. More
