I received a loaner that was absolutely filthy. It was not washed or sanitized after the last person used it. There was dog hair all over the place and the wet wipes turned black after cleaning the steeri not washed or sanitized after the last person used it. The call center is not on site and they kept telling me no one at the dealership was acknowledging them. The CS manager said she was going to email the GM and the service manager and neither one called me. The service advisor finally texted me, not called me, on day 3. I am extremely disappointed in my last service there. I’ve bought several cars from this dealership and received multiple services but I don’t think I’ll be going back. It’s unfortunate as it’s the closest Acura dealer to my home. Not sure if management has changed there but the service is just terrible now. More
