I had to tow my ILX to Acura, 3 weeks ago due to a major problem. Lucky me my car was assigned to Kelly Gilbertson, I met him 5 years ago at my first oil change and I was impressed by his professionalism an problem. Lucky me my car was assigned to Kelly Gilbertson, I met him 5 years ago at my first oil change and I was impressed by his professionalism and kind reply to my questions. Took 3 weeks to fix the car, he managed to accommodate me with a loaner and kept me up to date with my car situation. I felt cared for. Kelly is a remarkable person, Acura should use him as an example of great service to customers. I will definitely bring my car at South Bay when needed. More
