I expected to interact at least with Sales Team to check another Acura products, dealership seemed to be short staffed. I had to touch base myself with Service Advisor after 2 hrs., I was not provided with any progress during service activities, luckily they finished service (oil change) within time period they said they would. Having my Lexus serviced at an Acura dealership was a new experience for me and I was not completely comfortable with this. But this was the most convenient AutoNation location for me. I was assured that gen experience for me and I was not completely comfortable with this. But this was the most convenient AutoNation location for me. I was assured that genuine Lexus parts would be used and that a mechanic familiar with Lexus would work on my car. I was told that my wait time would be a little longer to allow for the Lexus oil filter to be picked up after I arrived. To my surprise, they had picked up the Lexus oil filter prior to my arrival even though I arrived exactly on time. They took my car in immediately. Antonio wrote up the paper work and answered all of my numerous questions. He made sure that in case I was not able to answer his call, I could receive and respond to his text. I was impressed with his respectful and professional attitude and his eagerness to please. Antonio did call and I missed the call but received his text. All in all I'm happy that I took my car to AutoNation Acura South Bay, and I'm happy that Antonio served as my service advisor. For my next service, I'll return here and I'll make sure that Antonio is the one to help me out - no offense to any of the others, but why not stick with someone you know will take good care of you and your car? Everyone having even minor contact with customers not only wore masks but wore them properly, unlike many other places I've gone. Mouths and noses were fully covered. After I got home I noticed a very small greas smudge on the inside of my driver's side door (light beige leather). I texted Antonio, told him of the problem with a photo attached, adding I'd see if I could get it out myself. He immediately let me know he would take care of this, but without a great deal of effort, I removed the smudge with leather cleaner. So instead of an A+++, I would rate my overall experience as an A++. I'm definitely pleased that I went there and I won't worry about the next time my Lexus is serviced at an Acura dealership. More

EXCELLENT Dealership! I have serviced my Acura there for eight years. Always respectful and courteous The customer service reps take time to be sure I understand the work done, This time it was Steve who eight years. He reminded me my battery was still under warranty and replaced it. I must mention Kelly Gilbertson who went above and beyond to help me get reimbursed from the county for a tired destroyed due to road construction. Overall I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to service my Acura there. More
