As I pulled into the service bay my service advisor, Steve, was already out the door to greet me. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We completed the paperwork and he informed me that the service would take about 90 minutes. Later he came into the customer lounge and told me it would be just 10 more minutes. That translated into less than the 90 minutes he told me it would take. We completed the paperwork and I walked out to my car that had also been washed. Great experience. Thanks Steve. Not a pleasant experience for this visit. Service advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot a advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot and noticed vehicle servicing was completed . Service advisor noticed my annoyance of having wait an extra 1.5 hours and he delivered paperwork to the cashier without talking to me about condition of tires/recommended next service. The cashier had to explained them, which is very unusual. Service advisor knew exactly what he did to earn my less than satisfaction experience. More
This dealership facility is very clean. People are friendly. Kelly Gilbertson, my Service Advisor, is superb. Every time I go there for my car to be serviced, he treats me like a Queen! Service advisor, Antonio was very friendly. Service was performed timely. only disappointment was that they were not able to accommodate my request to update the map for the navigation system. had tried performed timely. only disappointment was that they were not able to accommodate my request to update the map for the navigation system. had tried to do it myself following instructions on website by using a thumb drive, but was unable to do so.
