From making my service appointment to picking up my car was so easy, personable, and professional! I made my appointment with their online schedular, which is incredibly easy. When I brought my car to AutoNation Acura South Bay, Steve came right out and took care of getting the information from my car. He went through the different service items my car would have and the approximate wait time (which was on point!) Picking up my car was just as great as when I brought it to them! Staff was great. Waiting room is small and has little to almost no amenities (coffee, sugar, creamer etc). Staff didn’t remove any of the plastic and paper covering from inside before delivering vehicle. Not a big deal but when you put it all together it’s a lot of little things. If I’m going to pay full price, I expect full service. More
My service provider was Stephan and he was fantastic. Even before I met Stephan another nice gentleman greeted me and told me that Stephan would be coming out. Everyone was very pleasant. But I just have to give accolades to Stephan because he explained everything so clearly, and he was so helpful and so pleasant. It’s rare when you get such attentive service and you can feel so positive about your experience as you are spending money on your car. They are in a temporary location, but it was smooth for me as a client. I especially loved how they provided transportation both ways using the Lyft app so I could leave my car conveniently. I know a lot of people shy away from using dealerships for service, but this interaction definitely changed my mind. More
I was having issues with my car a couple of weeks ago, it was not starting right away on occasion. This particular day it would not start for quite a while so I called my rep, Kelly Gilbertson, and although was not starting right away on occasion. This particular day it would not start for quite a while so I called my rep, Kelly Gilbertson, and although I didn’t have an appointment that day, he took time out of his busy day to have my car checked out. Kelly has always gone above and beyond for me so that I have peace of mind about my car which is very important to me. He’s the best! More
