I came in for an A13 service of my MDX. My service advisor, Nathan, was excellent. Knowledgeable and very professional and comfortable to work with. Again, experience with Nathan was great but I think they can do a better job of managing their appointment capacity so folks don’t have to wait this long for a relatively minor service. More
My 2004 Acura needed a great deal of work to get back to reliable. I was on the fence as to whether to buy a new car or fix my RSX-S. Torrance was closest dealership service, since closer one closed. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable & made me & my car feel cared for from the moment I walked in. Left my car there, knowing it was in good hands. Great follow-up, letting me know exactly what needed to be done, without being pushy. After detailed assessment & recommendations, I decided to have repairs done. Stuck with estimates as to cost & timeline. Picked up my car, right on schedule. And it's now running like a dream -- thanks to Nathan & everyone in the service department! More
I’ve been coming to this dealership for service for a few years now and the service is always friendly and efficient. On this trip Steve came out to greet me by name as I was getting out of the car. Sometime years now and the service is always friendly and efficient. On this trip Steve came out to greet me by name as I was getting out of the car. Sometimes the staff is occupied with other clients but it was a nice touch that he came out to greet before I walked in. Like all previous visits, they kept me informed of the progress and sent a link to photos with status updates on the items being inspected while the car was being worked on. I will continue to trust AutoNation Acura South Bay with my maintenance and repair needs, much in part to the friendly and efficient service. More
