Until today I would have recommended this service center. Today I left truly disappointed in the service I received. I made a 9:30 appointment for 3350-mile service. Pretty sure this would just be an oil Today I left truly disappointed in the service I received. I made a 9:30 appointment for 3350-mile service. Pretty sure this would just be an oil change and safety check. 45 minutes to two hours at the most, I chose to wait for my car. Four hours and 15 minutes later (and having a 2 PM doctor appointment ), I decided it was time to go check on when my car would be finished! No way does a an oil change take over four hours!!! As I had made an appointment, I see no excuse (no matter how busy the service center is) for having to wait this long. In the past, Steve has checked in with me on the service progress. No one ever notified me it would take longer. When I mentioned "four hours for an oil change?", I was told sometimes it takes that long. UNACCEPTABLE! If the service center is too busy to do an oil change, they should not book appointments for that time. Now in all fairness, I do realize they are working at a disadvantage because of the remodel but it shouldn't take four hours to service the car AND shuttle the vehicle back and forth. YES, I left the center very upset and unsatisfied with the day's service and communication!!!!! More
