I went in for my complementary service. Everyone was friendly. The waiting area had complimentary water, tea and coffee. My car was washed and returned. They even vacuumed the Floor mats. I noticed a scrape on the paint a day later, and I didn’t see it before, but they captured it when I dropped off the car on their photos. And, even though they didn’t cause the paint scrape, they offered to buff it out for free. More
