We dropped off the car Friday for an oil change and recall service. Checked in on Saturday morning and found out the car hadn’t been checked yet. It went back about an hour later and we were told it wo recall service. Checked in on Saturday morning and found out the car hadn’t been checked yet. It went back about an hour later and we were told it would need to be there another 4 days. Terrible communication and poor service from Julianna. We picked up our car and made an appointment elsewhere. This was unacceptable. More
